Our delivery charges are as follows:

UK Orders: We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom.

International Orders (EU, USA, CANADA and Rest of the World):

Orders under £50: Shipping charges are £19.99

Orders £50 and above: Shipping charges are £24.99

Orders £500 and above: Shipping is FREE

All items shown on our website are in stock based at our UK warehouse, ready for immediate dispatch. If in the unlikely event or for any reason, your item is not available upon completion of your order we will contact you immediately.
Your order is accepted once payment is received.
A confirmation email will be sent to confirm that we have received your payment and the item will be dispatched from our goods out warehouse based in the UK on the same day as payment is received and dispatched with Royal Mail using a tracking number.
Please note: if we don't have an item in our warehouse, it may take a week for you to receive your order.
Please check the address that is selected for delivery as we are unable to make changes once your order is placed with Boutiqueengland.com. Occasionally and very rarely events outside of our control may mean delays are incurred. We will notify you if this is the case. All orders are sent out using Royal Mail, DPD & DHL as our chosen courier once payment is accepted, using a tracking code.
International Shipping import duties, taxes, and any additional customs charges
Please note that Boutique England is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be applied by your country’s customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Import duties, taxes, and any additional customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping fees. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
We advise checking with your country’s customs office prior to placing an order to determine any applicable costs.
Return-Policy
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to our below-mentioned return address and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
- You can return a product for up to 30 days after delivery.
- Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
- Once we receive the returned item for a refund, we will process your refund with in 48 to 72 hours of receiving it. Refunds typically take 3-4 working days to be credited back to the original payment method used for your purchase.
- Please be advised size 22 and 24 in women's and size 4XL and 5XL in men's, are special sizes and made upon order. These special sizes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Also the customized leather jackets or customized leather items are non returnable/ non refundable
- Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you have received an item that is faulty or not what you ordered, please contact us. We will provide you with a free return shipping label so you can return the item at no cost
